Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive palliative and hospice care by conducting patient visits, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with the clinical team. They also provide emotional support to patients and families while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with medical regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Nevada APRN license as a Geriatric, Family, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and possess BLS certification. Preference is given to those with at least two years of experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
