Job Description
Position Summary
Provides respiratory therapy to patients are ordered by physicians. Performs all types of Respiratory Care including diagnostic testing, treadmills, complete PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, and Hemodynamics. Performs all types of general floor therapies and procedures required in the specialty areas, i. e.
ICU, PACU, etc. Performs assessment and treatment of the newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient. Ability to precept and train staff, students, and orientees.

Key Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive respiratory therapy and diagnostic testing for patients across all age groups in specialty areas like the ICU and PACU. Takes a leadership role in the department, including precepting and training staff, students, and orientees.
Requirements
Requires a degree from a respiratory education program and a valid RRT license in Arizona along with CPR certification. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required within 12 months of hire, with acute care and ICU experience preferred.
