Key Responsibilities

Staff Support & Training: Assist with supervising Residential Assistants, scheduling, and on

job training

Mentoring & Daily Living Skills: Support residents with routines such as cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and communication

Safety & Crisis Response: Maintain a safe environment, respond to incidents, and document per policy

Requirements

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent and experience in human services

Preferred: Coursework in psychology, social work, human development, or related field; experience in residential or behavioral health settings

Skills: Strong communication, mentorship, organization, and problem

solving skills; ability to support both residents and staff
