Requirements

Comprehensive device experience with leading technologies, including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott.
Unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA (prior to start), BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease
Clinical doctorate is required.

Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
