Key Responsibilities

• Prepares the examination and treatment zones according to the clinic's regulations.
• Provides pre-approved patient education resources and channels patient questions to the provider or RN for responses.
• Prepares the examination and treatment zones according to the clinic's regulations
• Can function as a provider scribe after successful completion of training
• Provides pre-approved patient education resources and channels patient questions to the provider or RN for responses

Requirements

• (Determined by the knowledge, skills, and experience of the applicant.)
• Executes EKG procedures and laboratory tests in compliance with the clinic's CLIA license following completion of training and proving competency.
• Required: Education - Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
• Certification - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
• Executes EKG procedures and laboratory tests in compliance with the clinic's CLIA license following completion of training and proving competency
