Key Responsibilities

• discharge patients from all hospital services ranging from general medical, post

• surgical, cancer, and OB patients (e. g., postpartum patients with elevated blood pressure) Care at Home Tele

• Hospitalist physician supports patient care ranging from acute care level needs to post

• hospitalization support. Utilize telemedicine to assess, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients in their home daily. Coordinate with the Brick
