Occupational Therapist, Senior Living/IDD

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will conduct home visits to clients, performing thorough evaluations of functional status, cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance. They will develop individualized intervention plans, assess the home environment for hazards, and educate patients and families on necessary rehabilitative care for independent living.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist, graduating from an accredited program. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with strong independent work skills, organizational abilities, and solid computer proficiency.
