About the Role
Join Capital Surgical Solutions as a Physician Liaison – Orthopedic ASC in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Development & Outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff.
- Conduct regular outreach visits, calls, and follow-ups to strengthen referral channels and identify new opportunities.
- Promote the ASC’s orthopedic service lines, surgical capabilities, and care pathways to external providers.
- Track referral trends and provide insights to leadership regarding growth opportunities and potential concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in physician relations, healthcare outreach, business development, or ASC/orthopedic operations strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgery, ambulatory surgery center workflows, and referral processes is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
