Requirements

• 1:10 Moderate Care Coordination (MCC)

• External EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 1 year experience in one or more of the following areas

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $21.00 - $25.72/hr

Work Schedule
