Key Responsibilities
- Complete intake evaluations and level-of-care assessments (approximately 4–6 per week)
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a consistent and supportive therapeutic milieu
- Access ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, confident in group facilitation, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field (required)
- Training or certification in trauma-informed care is a plus

- Compensation: $53,000–$55,000 annually (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Work Schedule
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (In-Person)
- Provide individual counseling sessions as clinically indicated
- Completion of a clinically based internship or practicum (required)
