Key Responsibilities

  • Complete intake evaluations and level-of-care assessments (approximately 4–6 per week)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in daily multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a consistent and supportive therapeutic milieu
  • Access ongoing professional development and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, confident in group facilitation, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field (required)
  • Training or certification in trauma-informed care is a plus

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $53,000–$55,000 annually (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Work Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (In-Person)
  • Provide individual counseling sessions as clinically indicated
  • Completion of a clinically based internship or practicum (required)
  • Specialize in trauma treatment within a structured daytime schedule
