Key Responsibilities
The COTA will assist in delivering individualized therapy based on treatment plans to improve patients' daily living skills and mobility. They are also responsible for tracking patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess current NBCOT certification. State licensure to practice as a COTA is required, and while experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
