School-Linked Behavioral Health Practitioner and Children’s Targeted Case Manager

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family skills training and targeted case management to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being. Coordinate care with school staff, families, and community partners while maintaining clinical documentation and treatment plans.

Requirements

Requires a background in behavioral sciences through a graduate degree, specific coursework with experience, or extensive work experience in mental health services. Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to provide culturally responsive treatment.
