Key Responsibilities
The occupational therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapy programs to restore patient function and prevent disability. They also supervise support staff and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions for patients.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess an applicable state license. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required per policy guidelines.
