Key Responsibilities

• provide information and assistance and referrals to people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of bec.

• Provide outreach, referrals, peer support and advocacy to individuals in need.

• Conduct street outreach and work in the food pantry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Individual must have personal experience with a mental health condition.

• State driver’s license.

• Peer Certification preferred.
