Join Radiology Partners as a Physician Support Associate (Derby) in United States. Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Physician Support Associate I (PSA I) coordinates physician workflows for Outpatient centers and Partner-Hospitals. Performs various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of image reading and maximize radiologist productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors exam queues, assigns STAT and subspecialty reads, and ensures radiologist coverage during breaks.
- Reviews and updates radiologist schedules to coordinate procedures, meetings, and enterprise-wide coverage.
- Verifies exam readiness by gathering clinical info and ensuring all necessary documents and prior studies are available.
- Triages calls, minimizes workflow interruptions, and communicates with referring physicians and staff as needed.
