Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Physician Support Associate I (PSA I) coordinates physician workflows for Outpatient centers and Partner-Hospitals. Performs various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of image reading and maximize radiologist productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors exam queues, assigns STAT and subspecialty reads, and ensures radiologist coverage during breaks.

• Reviews and updates radiologist schedules to coordinate procedures, meetings, and enterprise-wide coverage.

• Verifies exam readiness by gathering clinical info and ensuring all necessary documents and prior studies are available.

• Triages calls, minimizes workflow interruptions, and communicates with referring physicians and staff as needed.
