Key Responsibilities

Key contributor to student recruitment and retention through efficient and effective counseling of prospective, current and former learners via visits, emails, presentations, and by phone.

Assists with front desk operations and additional operational needs.

(Essential) Uses professional judgment to determine aid eligibility and adjusts FAFSA data with federally accepted documentation.

Requirements
