Key Responsibilities

• Key contributor to student recruitment and retention through efficient and effective counseling of prospective, current and former learners via visits, emails, presentations, and by phone.

• Assists with front desk operations and additional operational needs.

• (Essential) Uses professional judgment to determine aid eligibility and adjusts FAFSA data with federally accepted documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.

• Maintains a high degree of professionalism.

• Productivity\Consistently completes work in a timely manner.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Day shift only - no nights.

• Flexible scheduling available.
