About the Role
Join Boulder Care as a Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine in United States. Boulder Care is looking for Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. This is a fully remote, full-time, W2 position.
Key Responsibilities
- must hold an active Florida Nurse Practitioner license with the Autonomous Practice (AP) designation Have at least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting where you regularly prescribed buprenorphine-based medications — including initiating care, not just continuing existing prescriptions — as a core part of your daily practice Are interested in full-time work: 30-40 hours/week, with shifts ending at 6pm in your local time zone (see below for details) Who we are Boulder Care is an award-winning digital clinic transforming addiction medicine.
