Key Responsibilities
- Performs drug screen collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines
- Performs occupational injury assessment and treatment
- Rays for medical purposes
- Performs breath alcohol testing using Intoximeter evidential breath testers (EBTs) such as the Alco
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Nursing Practice, or a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice
- Valid state medical licensure (Advance Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner)
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications desired:
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Certified Medical Examiner registered to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals
