Requirements

Candidates must possess a Medical Degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, or board certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with relevant work experience. Eligibility for medical licensure in both Kansas and Missouri, along with FMCSA certification for DOT physicals, is required.
