As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll enjoy a consistent standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an occasional on-call rotation. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on patient care while maintaining a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

You will also be supported by a collaborative, patient-focused team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you’ll be more than just a clinician—you’ll be a trusted partner in patient care, helping individuals and caregivers navigate their respiratory needs with confidence and ease.

Make a Meaningful Impact – Your expertise will directly enhance patients' well-being and independence. Job descriptions and needs would entail but are not limited to: Educate, support, and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on a variety of medical devices, including: CPAP/Bi-level therapy Home ventilators Cough Assist devices Oscillation vests Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.

Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing. Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. Must hold an active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Texas, in accordance with state regulatory requirements. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits. Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The Respiratory Therapist will educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and manage the operation of various medical devices. They are responsible for conducting home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and ensure equipment functionality.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid CRT or RRT certification and an active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Texas. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for travel to patient locations.
