Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses (e. g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage routine follow-ups and annual wellness visits
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR systems
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and help develop practice protocols

Requirements

Current Colorado PA license and NCCPA certification
Current DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification
New grads welcome; clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits

Work Schedule

Location: Monument, Colorado| Setting: Outpatient | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM-7 PM
