Key Responsibilities
Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes under the supervision of a PT. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation while helping patients regain strength and function.
Requirements
Must hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing and a BLS CPR certification. Requires reliable transportation and basic comfort with technology such as email, texting, and EMR systems.
