Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications based on licensed practitioner orders. They also manage daily departmental operations and supervise support personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. Demonstrated pharmacy practice and communication skills are required.
