Requirements

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.

Must be licensed BSW or LMSW within 6 months of hire or transfer into position Preferred Job Requirements: 2+ years’ social work experience in any setting.

Experience in acute care hospital case management.

Certification in case management (ACM or CCM).
