About the Role

Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists in Montrose, CO to support students across K–12 school settings. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with educators and school teams.   • What You’ll Do
  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
  • Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
  • Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
  • Ensure timelines and documentation requirements are met
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date
  • Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
  • NASP membership a plus
