Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will perform complete history and physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic data, and manage acute and complex chronic conditions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for formulating differential diagnoses, creating individualized plans of care using evidence-based guidelines, and implementing therapeutic interventions, potentially including advanced procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree and hold National Board Certification as either an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant, along with current BLS certification. Professional practice expectations include engaging in preceptor/mentoring roles, seeking research opportunities, and maintaining professional organization membership and continuing education units.
