Job description

Work Schedule

  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Bond Vet in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.

Key Responsibilities

The extern will assist with patient care, physical exams, and clinical procedures under the supervision of experienced veterinarians. They will also engage with pet parents and observe the development of treatment plans in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an AVMA-accredited DVM program. Candidates must also be capable of performing physical tasks and provide proof of required vaccinations and medical insurance.
