Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy services in a home health setting as planned and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist. They are responsible for communicating patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing adaptive equipment to improve patient function.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license and Basic Life Support or CPR certification. A minimum of one year of work experience is preferred, along with knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
