Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver individualized physical therapy services to long-term care residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program and possess a current, unrestricted Colorado PTA license. A current CPR/BLS certification is required, and prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
