Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

CME Reimbursement - $4,250 per calendar year.
We pay annual re-licensure fees and DEA renewal fees to full and part-time physicians.
Occurrence based Malpractice: Coverage of up to $1,000,000 per occurrence (up to $3,000,000 per year).
