Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will manage and oversee clinical services, staff, and clients at the center while ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence. They are responsible for designing intervention programs, training clinical staff, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field and possess current BCBA certification. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA, including leadership and behavior-reduction programming, is required.
