About the Role

Join BOLEY CENTER as a TIEH Case Manager - Social Worker in United States. Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc., is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County.

Key Responsibilities

develop a comprehensive service plan to initiate housing referrals and connections.

conduct and report any noncompliance to the appropriate official.

Requirements

Maintains ongoing awareness of each assigned client's needs by the frequent reading of such documentation as activity reports, progress notes, etc. and by frequent personal meetings with each client.

Operates own or agency vehicle to transport clients and/or travel between locations.

Writes memos, letters, statements, etc. regarding client related issues.

Will comply with Compliance Plan and standards of conduct and report any noncompliance to the appropriate official.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
