About the Role

Join ChildServe as a Mental Health Therapist – M-F 8-5 – Outpatient Pediatrics in United States. Our team is growing, and we’re expanding our services across multiple locations! We’re looking for Licensed (or Temporary Licensed) Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient therapy clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for pediatric clients and their families.
  • Focus on family partnership and the social and emotional needs of the child to help them experience hope and build resiliency in their lives.
  • Provide complete, thorough ongoing assessment of children and families via guidelines, including psychosocial and treatment needs.
  • Develop focused treatment plans that identify specific measurable objectives or performance goals and interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must be Licensed (or Temporary Licensed) in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital and Family Therapy, or Psychology, with LMSW or TLMCH encouraged to apply. Essential qualities include a playful, creative, trauma-informed, and family-centered approach, experience supporting children and adolescents, strong communication skills, high ethics, and physical ability to perform job tasks.
