About the Role
Join Inova as a Occupational Therapist (OT) Pediatrics Rehab PRN in United States. Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatrics Rehab team. This is role will be PRN/as needed requiring at least a weekend shift per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Documents evaluation results clearly and completely according to department policy.
- Completes discharge notes that include a summary of the course of treatment, progress toward goals, discharge needs, recommendations for follow
- up and patient and/or family education.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors and outside contacts.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Virginia license in Occupational Therapy upon start
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon start Preferred Qualification:
