Job description
Join PACS as a Occupational Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility in United States. Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. If unable to complete evaluation in 24 hours, documentation in medical record clearly defines cause for delay.

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides. They must also document patient progress, coordinate with the healthcare team, and facilitate discharge planning and equipment needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and maintain a valid state license in good standing. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.
