Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients to improve motor functions and reasoning abilities while teaching them to perform daily living tasks. They also assist patients in selecting appropriate adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support their recovery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current State Occupational Therapist License. A Basic Life Support/CPR card is required, and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
