Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily rounding, respond to new consults, and manage patient admissions and discharges
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans
- Initial orientation will focus on hospital management of pulmonary and critical care patients
- We also offer employer-provided long-term disability (LTD) coverage, which equals 50% of your base pay, up to $17,500 per month
- Eligible to provide services reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid
Requirements
- Perform advanced procedures consistent with training, credentialing, and scope of practice
- Physician Assistant: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- Physician Assistant: Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado
- Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

- Compensation
- The pay range for this full-time position is $114,088 - $153,548 annually
- Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Work Schedule
- Shift & Schedule
- Night shifts are from 7:00 pm through 7:00 am
- Every 3rd weekend in the hospital
- No call at this time
- This role focuses on providing excellent patient care during night shifts, primarily in an inpatient setting
