Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
$50–$55/HOUR | IN-CLINIC | OCTOBER–DECEMBER
Pediatric Speech Lab | Waldorf, MD
Pediatric Speech Lab (PSL) is looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-clinic team from October through December.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to pick up additional hours, supplement another position, gain additional pediatric experience, or take on a flexible PRN opportunity while working with children and families.
While the initial need is October through December, there may be an opportunity for the position to continue beyond December based on clinic needs and scheduling.
At PSL, you'll work as part of a collaborative pediatric team that includes SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical professionals. We value teamwork, communication, and providing individualized care that meets each child's needs.
About the Position
As a PRN SLP, you will provide individualized speech and language services to pediatric clients in our clinic. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with children while collaborating with families and other members of the clinical team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
- Completing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring and documenting client progress
- Collaborating with families, BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and other clinical team members
- Providing parent education and support
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participating in clinical meetings and team collaboration as needed
- Using evidence-based practices to address each child's communication goals
- Creating a positive, supportive, and engaging therapy environment

Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- CCC-SLP
- Appropriate Maryland licensure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
- Interest in working with children and families
Highly Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
