Requirements

Requirements Primary Care Physicians who are Board-certified and eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Physician with an active unrestricted CA license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of California.

Previous experience with computer-based systems required; Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.

Current DEA license required.
