Key Responsibilities

Serves as a resource and subject matter expert and as a coding consultant to providers.
Opportunities for internal training and development
Accuracy in data entry into practice management system.

Works closely with physicians and other providers/office staff regarding completeness of office notes and operative reports to ensure accurate coding

Requirements

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CODER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Proof of up to date CEUs and coding certification.
Experience Required:
Minimum of one year of orthopedic coding experience.
Professional license or certification requirements:
Valid drivers license to travel to other offices, if needed.
