Key Responsibilities
- hour shifts
- Sunday–Thursday
- 9:00 a. m. – 5:30 p. m.
- Thursday to serve as the late shift (1:00 p. m. – 9:00 p. m.) Compensation & Rewards Based on education, experience and credentials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training (Master's preferred).
- Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance used disorder services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting Pay:
- Base Pay: Bachelor's Level $24.44/hour Master's level $27.77/hour
- Professional Certification (e. g., CADC, CRSS, CPS): $1,500 annually
- Clinical Licensure (e. g., LPC/LSW/LMSW, LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): $1,800 – $5,000 annually
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
