Key Responsibilities

hour shifts

Sunday–Thursday

9:00 a. m. – 5:30 p. m.

Thursday to serve as the late shift (1:00 p. m. – 9:00 p. m.) Compensation & Rewards Based on education, experience and credentials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training (Master's preferred).

Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance used disorder services

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to quickly establish rapport

Benefits & Compensation

Starting Pay:

Base Pay: Bachelor's Level $24.44/hour Master's level $27.77/hour

Professional Certification (e. g., CADC, CRSS, CPS): $1,500 annually

Clinical Licensure (e. g., LPC/LSW/LMSW, LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): $1,800 – $5,000 annually

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
