Key Responsibilities

The ICWA Social Worker provides strength-based, culturally informed support services to Tribal members, including case management and crisis stabilization. They are responsible for advocating for families within the child welfare system and facilitating community-based programming.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of related work experience in the Indian Child Welfare Act is required.
