DESCRIPTION

Take advantage of an increased rate as an emergency medicine physician at
Parkland Health Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri, just 60 miles south of downtown
St. Louis. We are seeking EM physicians for full-time, part-time, and PRN
opportunities. The emergency department sees approximately 10,000 patient visits
annually and features five patient care spaces staffed by a collaborative team
of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

originally settled by the French in 1720 after lead ore was discovered. It was
called La Bonne Terre, which is French for "the good soil". The city is home to
the Bonne Terre Mine, one of the world's largest man-made caverns! St. Francois
State Park is rich with Civil War history and is comprised of the rugged Pike
Run Hills surrounding Coonville Creek and Big River. Camping, hiking,
backpacking, equestrian trails, and picnic sites and shelters are all featured
