The physician will provide proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, and chronic condition management. They will work within an integrated care team to address the physical, emotional, and social wellness of patients.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A valid, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA license are required, along with at least two years of experience.
