Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care for older adults, managing acute and chronic illnesses while leading a multidisciplinary care team. They are responsible for achieving clinical outcomes, maintaining patient health goals, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics with an active state medical license. Board eligibility is required, and board certification is preferred, along with a current DEA number and BLS certification.
