Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pharmacy services across the Medicine and Surgery streams supporting multiple specialties including geriatrics, neurology, infectious diseases, orthopaedics and vascular surgery.

• Maintain advanced clinical pharmacy practice while contributing directly to ward rounds, multidisciplinary meetings and frontline clinical services.

• Lead service improvement through research, quality improvement programs and development of clinical policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, team building, influencing, conflict resolution and the building of a positive workplace culture.
