About the Role

Join AvaMed Workforce as a Respiratory Therapist – $50/hr, Correctional Facility in United States. AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities. At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Therapist to take on a Full-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in Stockton, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• provide services as permitted within the scope of practice for Respiratory Care Practitioner services in acc.

• provide instructions for use of equipment for each patient/youth per established policy and procedure.

• Provide periodic assessment of equipment needs and recommendations.

Requirements

• The Respiratory Care Practitioner must be able to work in conditions that require all the following essential functions: a.

• Perform care consistent with generally accepted evidence based practice.

• Set up equipment and provide instructions for use of equipment for each patient/youth per established policy and procedure.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $40 - $52.50/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
