About the Role
Join NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM as a Crisis Stabilization Therapist (LSW, LPC) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, intervention and other evidence based clinical services as required.
- Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory
Requirements
- Coordinates and monitors clinical services for the youth and family in the community, including mental health, special educational services, medication management, and psychological services.
- Regularly reviews and modifies youth
- based plans.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with foster parents and families of origin.
