About the Role
Join Providence as a Mental Health Counselor – Per Diem On-Call in United States. Mental Health Counselor Masters - Psych Adult at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Variable Shift position, could be any days with Sunday and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- will use their education and training to assist in stabilizing and treating patients during their stay on the unit.
- will assist in supporting discharge planning efforts and interventions that support rapid stabilization and movement of the patient back into the community or the next level of care.

Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience in an inpatient mental health setting.
- Adult Unit: Experience with adult population preferably in an inpatient setting.
- Child and Adolescent Unit: Experience with child/adolescent population preferably in the inpatient setting.
