About the Role

Join Providence as a Mental Health Counselor – Per Diem On-Call in United States. Mental Health Counselor Masters - Psych Adult at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Variable Shift position, could be any days with Sunday and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

will use their education and training to assist in stabilizing and treating patients during their stay on the unit.

will assist in supporting discharge planning efforts and interventions that support rapid stabilization and movement of the patient back into the community or the next level of care.

Requirements

2 years relevant experience in an inpatient mental health setting.

Adult Unit: Experience with adult population preferably in an inpatient setting.

Child and Adolescent Unit: Experience with child/adolescent population preferably in the inpatient setting.
