Speech-Language Pathologist – Neuro Rehabilitation (Outpatient)

Key Responsibilities

The role involves evaluating and treating adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders resulting from neurological conditions, while also educating patients and families and supervising graduate students. Responsibilities include analyzing assessment data to determine treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), along with eligibility for Tennessee state licensure. A minimum of one year of clinical experience with adult populations, preferably in neuro rehabilitation, is required, though new graduates with strong neuro training may be considered.
